Slow Food Noosa’s Annual Presentation Dinner
Join us for an unforgettable evening celebrating local produce, community, and the values of Slow Food at our Annual Presentation Dinner.

Date: Monday, March 24th
Time: From 5:00 PM
Venue: Park & Cove, 33A Viewland Dr, Noosa Heads QLD 4567

On arrival, enjoy a welcome drink from one our Snail of Approval Slow Food recipients before exploring our Trade Display which will feature an array of incredible local producers. Join with us to indulge in a three course food experience created by Executive Chef Andy Wilcox showcasing fresh Noosa & Surrounds produce.

$85 – Slow Food Members

The evening will also feature a raffle with generous donations from local producers, and the presentation of Slow Food membership certificates by renowned chef and Slow Food Noosa Patron Matt Golinski.

Piggy in the Middle Pork Belly – Paired with Suncoast Lime Chilli Caramel & a Coconut Herb Salad.
Beef Striploin – Featuring Eastwell Farms Oyster Mushrooms, Pickled Baby Cucumber & Sorel.
Noosa Reds Ox Heart Tomato Salad – Stracciatella, Zucchini Blossom & Chili Macadamia Pangratto.

Dessert

Forage Farms Crème Brûlée – Infused with CC’s Rosellas.
Lindols Macadamia Apple Crumble – Served with Sandpaper Fig Ice Cream.
